2010 IMA Junior Golf Academy 

Open to kids ages 5 - 14

IMA's Junior Golf Academy will be instructed by PGA Teaching Professional Joe Simpson!
IMA Brookwood's Junior Golf Academy is offered one hour per week for 6 weeks, ending with a celebration tournament and junior awards banquet on the 7th week.  Offered to kids 5 to 14 years of age, instruction is age appropriate.  Each student will receive instruction, a celebration tournament, golf banquet with medals and/or trophies, a golf hat and a sleeve of balls. Register early!  Academy will be limited to the first 100 kids!

Instruction Times:
Ages 5-8            9am - 10am
Ages 9-11         10am - 11am
Ages 12 - 14      11am - 12 noon

Instruction Dates:
June 23:     Safety and Etiquette, Putting Contest

June 30:     Grip, Posture and Alignment

July 7:        OFF THIS DAY

July 14:      Skills Competition

July 21:      Chipping and Sand Play

July 28:      Hitting Your Irons

August 4:   Hitting Your Driver

August 11: Junior Championship Celebration Tournament at normal session times.
                 Awards Banquet will be held at 6:00 p.m. at IMA Brookwood's Banquet Center.
                 Banquet is included in Academy price for each participant.  Parents and guests may
                 purchase addtional meal tickets for the banquet in advance.

Cost:         $95 per golfer includes PGA Professional instruction, golf hat, sleeve of balls, 
                 tournament and awards banquet on August 11th.
