Rates are valid for prepaid contracted leagues only. Mon/Fri/Daytime = Daytime (Before noon) and Monday or Friday evening leagues Tue/Wed/Thu = Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening leagues

Half league payment is due the first night of the league. Balance due by July 1st, 2026. Leagues not paid in full by this time will not be permitted to play. Payments must be made by the league officer only! Payments from league players will not be accepted.   One officer per sixteen players will receive complimentary league fees.        

Rainouts: In the event the course is unplayable or unsafe to play; IMA Brookwood will cancel play for the day. In the event the league does not wish to play due to weather or other circumstances; a league officer can cancel play for their league. In both cases an extra week will be added to the end of their season.

League Make-Ups: If a player is unable to make their scheduled league time, they should arrange for a substitute player.

League play will begin on #1 and #10 only. Leagues will alternate from #1 and #10 each week. Rainouts, missing weeks and Holidays will not change this rotation. A rotation schedule will be provided before the season starts.

League officers will make every effort to ensure their league plays within the agreed upon time by leagues (currently 2:30). Leagues failing to do so may be required to skip holes, adjust tees, or other actions to improve pace. 

All league players are encouraged to take advantage of early / late play. The fee is $10 per 9-holes with cart and can be played any WEEKDAY after 11:00am. Early / Post play is NOT restricted to your league day only! This offer does not extend to fees on other leagues or special events. This offer is only valid from the first week of league play to the final week of league play.

·         One person (the officer) should act as a liaison between the league and IMA Brookwood.

·         A complete roster of the league with name, email and phone is required to be provided.

·         Each league is responsible to teeing off their entire league in the allotted time slots.

·         Leagues will not be recognized unless a signed contract is on file for the current season.

·         Club rules and regulations govern league play and players.

·         League officers are responsible for the conduct of their members. Verbal or physical abuse of employees or property of IMA Brookwood will result in legal action and/or suspension of activities without refund.

 

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission & the law governing the sale of alcoholic beverages prohibit alcoholic beverages brought on to IMA Brookwood premises. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through IMA Brookwood. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated and player removed from the property. Repeated offenses could lead to the termination of the league without refund.
