Payment Information:
A deposit of $1,000 is required with this signed contract. Deposit can be by cash or credit card.
If cancelled at least twenty-one (21) days prior to event, full refund of deposit will be issued.
Final payment for all goods and services is due on the day of the event. Payment can be by cash or credit card.
Package Selection:
Please carefully review and select the package that best suits the number of players for your outing. This will be the minimum amount you will be billed for. Once the outing contact is turned in changes cannot be made without authorization from IMA Brookwood.
No outings under 100 players will be permitted.
Food & Beverage:
Only staff of the IMA is permitted to sell items from the Grill and Beverage Cart.
Lunch at the turn will be a hotdog with chip and 20oz fountain beverage.
Because IMA Brookwood Golf Club is a full-service facility, Michigan law prohibits bringing any alcoholic beverage on to IMA Brookwood premises. This applies to individuals as well as the event itself. All such alcohol will be confiscated. Please understand that if you purchase beverage tickets for your outing, they can only be redeemed during the outing. Dinner options will no longer be provided by IMA Brookwood. If you wish to provide dinner after golf arrangement’s can be made with an outside LICENSED CATERER. Proof of license MUST be provided to IMA Brookwood. If plates, silverware, napkins, table clothes or staff are needed to serve; a room rental fee of $500 will be applied to cover the expenses. The downstairs banquet room can seat up to 100 players and an additional 60 can be seated in the covered outside grill area. The upstairs banquet room is no longer available for use.
Shotgun Start:
Shotgun starts will be from 8am-9am based on time of year. Please have your players arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to the start time to ensure a prompt start. Players arriving after the start time will be driven out to their group when a staff member is available.
Modified shotgun: 2 Groups per hole will begin on hole 1, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 until all groups are assigned.
Golf Carts:
It is important that your players drive golf carts responsibly. By signing this contract you agree (1) to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend IMA Brookwood Golf Club and its owners and agents from and against any and all injuries and damages of any kind whatsoever to any person or entity arising out of or in any way resulting from the negligence or reckless use or operation of the subject golf cart; (2) to reimburse IMA Brookwood Golf Club for any such injury or damage done to any golf carts; (3) not to allow any person not of legal driving status to operate a golf cart.
Additional golf carts will no longer be made available for raffle ticket sellers, photographers or other uses. Arrangements should be made to take photos or sell tickets while groups make the turn. If available; helpers may be permitted to ride along with a staff member.
Damages:
In the event of damage to the course or any of IMA Brookwood Golf Club’s property, you, as tournament coordinator will be liable for any and all damages. Every effort will be made by IMA Brookwood Golf Club to assist in determining the guilty party.
Severe Weather:
Rain does not necessarily constitute stoppage of play. IMA Brookwood Golf Club will determine the discontinuation or cancellation of play based on past experience. Should circumstances beyond the control of IMA Brookwood Golf Club result in closure of the facility on or during a group’s scheduled event day, the following policy will take precedent:
Completes Holes: 1-6 holes – Full Rain Check, 7-12 holes – Half Rain Check, 13-18 holes – No Rain Check
In the event of a complete cancellation of your outing due to weather, your deposit will be refunded.
Signage:
Event Signage must be delivered to the course 24 hours prior to your event in order to allow time for proper placement. IMA Brookwood Golf Club reserves the right to refuse the display of any banner and/or sign. All signs and banners must be removed at the conclusion of play, or they will be discarded.
Attire:
All players and helpers are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. Shoes and shirts are to be worn at all times. No tank tops are allowed. Each player must have his or her own set of clubs. IMA Brookwood Golf Club has a limited number of rental sets available. IMA Brookwood Golf Club is a spikeless facility.
